The effective volume of each ash tank is 300bbl  (50m³ ) , which will be used for cement storage and cementing at the drilling site to meet the needs of cementing operations. The entire production process follows the design and manufacturing standards and specifications of ASME in the United States. Barite Bulk Silos, also known as bulk ash conveying systems, cementing ash conveying systems, bentonite ash storage tanks, and barite powder ash storage tanks, are widely used in oilfield drilling sites and exploration projects to store important materials such as bentonite and barite powder required for cementing. By using compressed air to fluidized the ash, these lower ash tanks can efficiently and stably transport materials through the flow channel, ensuring the smooth progress of drilling and cementing operations.
